<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF FINAL DECREE.

<br />Now, on this 19th day of August, 1930, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of ',j
<br />Stanley C.Smith and Anna L..,Smith,Administrators of the estate of James M.Smith, deceased, and
<br />upon their petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate
<br />and their discharge herein and the court having examined the records and files herein and
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons o
<br />the time and place fixed for a hearing uponiaid report and petition and the court having exami
<br />said report, together with the vouchers on file, and being fully advised in the premises and n
<br />one appearing to object to said report, finds that said report is true and correct in all thin
<br />and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said adminis.
<br />trators, said administrators discharged and said estate settled and closed.
<br />The Court Further finds that the said James M.Smith, departed this life at his home in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on the 18th day of December, 1929 and that at the time of his death the said
<br />James M.Smith was a widower and left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs -at -1
<br />Stanley C.Smith, a son and Anna L.Watson, a daughter.
<br />The Court further finds that said administrators have paid the funeral expenses of said decease
<br />the debts against said estate and the costs of this proceeding and that the estate is not sub-
<br />ject to an inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska nor to a Federal estate tax
<br />under the laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that the said James M.Smith died seized as the owner of the West Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 29,Township 12, North, Range 11, West of the 6th P.M. and
<br />an undivided one -third of the Northwest Quarter of Section 4, in Township 11, North, Range 11,
<br />of the 3 ate f ebra - i fort the
<br />West of the 6th P.M. all in Hall County, Nebraska, and that under t9e ntes�aSe laws o� the
<br />,deatheof the said James M.Smith, said real estate passed by absolute title to Stanley C.Smith
<br />and Anna L.Watson, his son and daughter, and his only heirs -at- law,share and share alike.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the final report of said ad-
<br />ministrators be and the same hereby is in all things, allowed and approved as and for their
<br />f inalzeport, said estate is hereby settled and closed and said administrators discharged.
