<br />an inheritance tax under the laws of the state of Nebraska, nor to a Federal estate tax under
<br />the laws of the United States.

<br />The Court further finds that said Mildred McAllister was a widow at the time of her death and

<br />that she left surviving her, as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law, two daughters,namely)
<br />Blanch McAllister Payne and Dorothy McAllister,now Dorothy McAllister Schweitzer.

<br />The Court further finds that the said Mildred McAllister was the owner of Lot Four (4) in Block
<br />Seven (7) in Packer and Barris Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,''
<br />which was under contract of sale from said deceased to Statia K.Dryer,by written contract bear -
<br />i
<br />ing date October 7, 1926) and that under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska in force
<br />it
<br />at the time of the death of the said Mildred McAllister,said real estate,hereinbefore describedj,
<br />passed and descended, by absolute title, to the said Blanch McAllister Payne and Dorot #y McAlliiIster
<br />Schweitzer, daughters of said deceased, in equal shares, subject only to the above mentioned
<br />contract of sale.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the report of the said R.S.
<br />Wenger and R.R.Horth, Administrators of the estate of the said Mildred McAllister,deceased,be,',
<br />and the same hereby is, in all things, allowed and approved as and for the final report of sai
<br />Administrators, said estate is hereby settled and closed, and said Administrators are dischar
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims agains
<br />the estate of the said Mildred McAllister,deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred,
<br />excluded and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinbefore des,
<br />cribed passed and descended, under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska in force at the
<br />time of the death of said Mildred McAllister, deceased, to Blanch McAllister Payne and Dorothy;
<br />McAllister Schweitzer, by absolute title, share and share alike, subject only to said contract;
<br />of sale in favor of the said Statia K. Dryer, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly
<br />made.
