<br />I, J.H.Mullin, Judge of the County Court in and for said County,do hereby certify that on 
<br />the 13th day of February, 1925, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of;" 
<br />John C.Hann,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 12th day of March, 192, 
<br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as 
<br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said John C.Hann,deceased, and 
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 5th day of August, 1930, this cause came on to be heard by the Court on the final:I 
<br />account and report of Emil Hann, administrator with the will annexed of said estate, and it 
<br />appearing from the evidence and proof on file in this court, that legal notice as by law and 
<br />the order of the court required, has been given to all persons interested, of the time and 
<br />place of examining and allowing said final account by publication for three successive weeks 
<br />in a legal newspaper,published within said Hall County, and there being no objection to said i4 
<br />final account and report, the court, on elamination thereof, finds that the same is in all 
<br />respects correct and should be allowed and approved.

<br />The court further finds, from the proofs on file herein, that legal notice as by law and the 
<br />ki 
<br />order of this court required, has been given to all persons having claims against said estate!; 
<br />of the time and place for filing same; that no claims have been filed against said estate, an4 
<br />that all persons having un -filed claims against said estate, if any there be, are forever 
<br />barred and precluded from making claim thereon; -and all such un -filed claims and debts,if anyr 
<br />are barred and precluded; that all costs and expenses of administration of said estate have 
<br />been fully paid; that said estate and the succession thereto are not subject to any inheritan6e

<br />taxes or estate taxes under the laws of the United States or of the State of Nebraska. 
<br />The court further finds that the deceased died testate on the 25th day of January,1925, a res-t► 
<br />ident of Hall County, State of Nebraska, at the time of his death, and died seised in fee 
<br />simple of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter (SJNE�) and the South Half of the Northwestj[

<br />Quarter (SJNW�),all in Section Eight (9) and the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter !' 
<br />(NEJ NEJ), in Section Sixteen (16), all in Township Ten (10), North Range Nine (9),West of th 
<br />6tb P.M.,in Hall County, Nebraska, and that the said real estate was devised by the Fifth Item 
<br />of the testators will to Emil Hann, son of the testator, subject to a life estate in Cathar14 
<br />Hann, vd dow of the testator, and subject to and charged with the payment of legacies in the 
<br />sum of $2000.00 each, to the other children of the testator,namely: To Lena Neubert payableE 
<br />second year, to 
<br />the first year after the death of Catharina Hann, to Adele Gehrt,payable the !'

<br />Christ Hann payable the third year and to Cicilie Boltz payable the fourth year, to Dora Gul-

<br />Catharina Hann; that the said Catharina Hann died on the 29th day of February, 1929, and than 
<br />the legatee Christ Hann died prior to the death of the testator; and that his legacy in the 
<br />sum of $2000.00,charged upon the lands devised to Emil. Hann, passed under the will of the 
<br />deceased to the following children of Christ Hann, who are his only issue, namely: Henry Hann,
