<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF JOHN C.HANN.
<br />I, John C.Hann, of the City of Grand Island,in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,being "f
<br />sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make public and declare this to be my last Will
<br />and Testament.
<br />First, I direct that my funeral charges, the expenses of administering my Estate and all my
<br />debts be paid out of my personal property. If that be insufficient, I authorize my executor,
<br />hereafter named, to sell so much of my Real Estate as may be necessary for that purpose.

<br />Second, I give to my beloved wife, Catharina Hann, all my household furniture and all the rest
<br />of my personal property, after paying therefrom the above mentioned items, to have and to hold
<br />the same as long as she lives.
<br />Third, I give to my beloved wife, Catharina Hann, all the Real Estate of which I shall the
<br />possessed, to have and to hold the same as long as she lives. i
<br />Fourth, After my death and the death of my wife, Catharina Hann, I give my household furniture)
<br />and the rest of my personal property to my children, Lene, Adele, Christ,Cicilie,Dora,Emil and i
<br />Frida, to be equally divided amongst them.

<br />Fifth, After my death and the death of my wife, Catharina Hann, I give all my Real Estate, conj
<br />silting of the S 1/2 NE* and the 8 1/2 NW+ in Section 8, Township 10, Range 9, and the NZj in
<br />Section 16, Township 10, Range 9, all in Hall County, Nebraska, to my son Emil, for which he
<br />shall pay to each of my other children $2000.00 so that he pays to Lena $2000.00 the first ye
<br />to Adele $2000.00 the second year, to Christ $2000.00 the third year, to Cicilie $2000.00 the
<br />fourth year, to Dora $2000.00 the fifth year and to Frida $2000.00 the sixth year with 3% in-
<br />terest.
<br />I hereby appoint my son Christ the sole executor of this my last Will and Testament.
<br />In Testimony Whereof, I hereunto set my hand and publish and decree this to be my last Will
<br />Testament, in presence of the witnesses named below, this 18th day of March, in the year of
<br />Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred Ten.
