<br />of the following described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />Lots One (1),Two (2),Three (3) and Four (4), in Block Five (5) of Arnold and Abbott's Addition;
<br />to the city of Grand Island,in Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />All of the westerlyy one -half of Lot Three ( (4 ) and also the Easterly fourteen feet, eight and
<br />one -half inches (14 Ft 81 in.) of Lot Your , all in Block Fifty -six (56) of the Original
<br />Town, now City, of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, to ether with certain rights and interests
<br />in and to a certain party wall located on said Lot Four T4) as more particularly set forth in'.`
<br />party wall lease by and between the Dolan Fruit Company and Richard and Paulina Goehring, re
<br />corded in Book "0" at Page 600 of the records of Hall County Register of Deeds.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws;'
<br />of the state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that all debts against said estate and the costs of this proceeding have
<br />been paid and that all claims against said estate, not filed herein,are forever barred and ex-;
<br />c luded.
<br />The Court further finds that the real estate hereinbefore described, and all personal property,
<br />passed and descended, under -and by virtue of said last will and testament of said Richard
<br />Goehring,Sr.,deceased, to Theckla Goehring,Hattie Bevier,Richard Goehring,Jr.,Carl Goehring,
<br />and Minnie Goehring,share and share alike, subject to the life estate of the widow,Paulina
<br />Goehring.
<br />The Court further finds that said Paulina Goehring, widow, departed this life at her place of
<br />residence in Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, on the 15th day of March,1930, s
<br />- =IT I8,THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:BY THE COURT that the final.'report of Grand
<br />_Island Trust Company, Executor of the last will and testament of Richard Goehring, Sr., decea6ed,
<br />-Island
<br />the._same is hereby approved and allowdd as and for its final report and said estate is
<br />hereby settled and closed and said Executor discharged from its bond and is hereby released.
<br />1T IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED -AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under and by virtue of-said last;
<br />will and testament of said Richard Goehring,Sr.,:deceased, the absolute title to the following
<br />described real estate,to -wit

<br />600 of the records of Hall County - Register of Deeds,
<br />passed and descended to Theckla Goehring, Hattie Bevier,Carl Goehring,Richard Goehring,Jr., azad
<br />Minnie Goehring,share and share alike, subject to the life estate of the said Paulina Goehring,

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against

<br />said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from sett t
