<br />I, Paul N.Kirk, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that on the
<br />10th day of December, 1929, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Richard Goehring,Sr.,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 7th day of Jan -
<br />uary, 1930s said.instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated andj
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Richard Goehri
<br />Sr.,deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now, on this 5" day of August,1930, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />'Grand Island Trust Company,Executor of the last will and testament of said Richard Goehring,Sr.; +,
<br />deceased, and upon its petition for a settlement of said estate and its discharge herein, and
<br />Court, having examined said report and the records and files in said estate and being duly ad-
<br />wised in the premises, finds that due and legal: notice has been given to all persons intereste'
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said final report, as heretofore I!,
<br />(ordered by the Court, and no one appearing to object to said final report, the Court examined �!
<br />the same, together with the vouchers on file and the testimony in support thereof, and being
<br />duly advised in the premises the Court finds that said report is true and correct in all thing
<br />and ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that said Richard Goehring,Sr., deoeased, departed this life at his
<br />place of residenbe in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 29th day of November, 1929, and on said
<br />date was a resident and inhabitant of said county and state.
<br />The.Court further finds that on the 10th day of December, 1929, Pauline Goehring,widow of said
<br />deceased, filed her duly verified petition in this Court, praying for the allowance and probat
<br />of an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of said Richard Goehring,Sr., de.
<br />ceased, the Court thereupon fixed the 7th day of January, 1930, as the date for making proof o
<br />said last will and testament, and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time an
<br />place fixed for the hearing thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and

<br />said date,to -wit: January 7, 19301 said instrument was duly proven,allowed, and admitted to j
<br />i
<br />probate in this Court as and for the last will and testament of said Richard Goehring, Sr., d 4
<br />u
<br />ceased*, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to Grand Island Trust Company, Execu�or,
<br />as named in said last will and testament, and said Grand Island Trust Company thereupon duly
<br />qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given to all persons of the time and place
<br />fixed by the Court for filing of claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims filed have been paid by the Executor and that the time
<br />for filing claims has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate, ifll
<br />any there be, and not filed herein, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserti�
<br />any such claims against said estate.
