<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF RICHARD GOEHRING,SR.
<br />Is Richard Goehring Sr., of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory*
<br />and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life do hereby make,ordain,publisY
<br />;and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

<br />FIRST, I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all of my just debts and fun-1
<br />eral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND, After the payment of such debts and expenses, I give, deviseand bequeath to my be
<br />loved wife, Paulina Goehring, a life interest in and to all of the real and personal property
<br />of every kind and nature of which I may die possessed, and the remainder upon her death to my
<br />children,Theckla Goehring,Hattie Bevier,Richard Goehring,Jr.,Carl Goehring,and Minnie Goehrings,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />In the event my personal ledger shall show any of my said children to be-indebted to me for
<br />advances made by me to them, then in that event the un -paid balance of such advances shall be
<br />?taken into full consideration in arriving at the net amount available for final distribution,
<br />and the amount of such indebtedness, if any, shall be credited back to such heir, as a partial:
<br />distribution of his or her share in my estate.
<br />'LASTLY, I make constitute and appoint the Grand Island Trust Company, of Grand Island,Nebraska*
<br />as Executor of this my Ladt Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills and Testamentary
<br />instruments by me made.
