<br />been given to all persons of the time and place fixed for hearing upon said report and no one
<br />;appearing to object to said report and the Court having examined said report together with the
<br />!vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same
<br />';ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report of said administrator, said admin-

<br />j';istrator discharged and said estate settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />place fixed by the court for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the timje
<br />so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such
<br />i
<br />there be and not filed within the time limited by the Court are forever barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.

<br />The. Court futther finds that the said.Selma Seim was a witow at the time of her death and that
<br />she left surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law the following daughters arl,a
<br />sons, to -wit: Anna Bruns,John Seim,Edward Seim, Elsie Rauert, Marie Jess, Clara Bader,Frank Be
<br />Hilda Tagge, Carl Seim and Amanda Tegler, all of whom are of legal age.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has paid the funeral expenses of said deceased,;

<br />the debts against said estate and the costs of this proceeding and has duly distributed the
<br />remainder of the personal estate of said deceased among the above named heirs at law of said
<br />i
<br />deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of the said Selma Seim, deceased, was not subject to ail
<br />inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska, nor to a federal estate tax under the;
<br />laws of the United States.
<br />The Court further finds that said Selma Seim died seized as the owner by fee simple absolute title
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,toa
<br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 11, North,
<br />Range 9, West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows: commencing at th
<br />Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 11, North, Range 9, West of
<br />6th P.M. and running thence West on the North line of said Section 22, 225 feet; thence South
<br />parallel with the half section line, 992 feet; thence east and parallel with the north line of
<br />said section, 2251 feet- thence North on the half section line, 992 feet *to the place of begin
<br />ning and containing 5.14 acres, a little more or less,
<br />and that under the Intestate Laws of the State of Nebraska in force at the time of the death oA
<br />the said Selma Seim, said real estate herein described passed and descended by absolute title
<br />to Anna Bruns,John SeimEdward Seim,Elsie Rauert,Marie Jess, Clara Bader,Trank Seim, Hilda Tags
<br />Carl Seim and Amanda Tegler,heirs at law of said deceased, share and share alike. I
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the report of said Charles
<br />Bosselman as Administrator of said estate be and the same hereby is in all things approved and!
<br />allowed as and for his final report; said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Adminis,
<br />trator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims agains
<br />the estate of said deceased, if any such there be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined f
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against the estate of said deceased.
