<br />'IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Julia E.Bryson, as administratrix of the estate of the said Silas Y.Bryson,deceased,be and the
<br />;,same hereby is, in all things, allowed and approved as and for her final report, said estate is
<br />settled and closed, and said administratrix discharged and her bond as such released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all.-persons having claims against
<br />the estate of the said Silas Y.Bryson,'deceased, if any,such there be, are forever barred, ex-
<br />cluded, and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Julia E.Bryson, surviving widow
<br />of the said Silas Y.Bryson, deceased, has a homestead estate in Lot 3, in Block 123, in Union
<br />.Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the intestate laws of the
<br />state of Nebraska, in force at the time of the death of the said Silas Y.Bryson, the real estate
<br />herein described,to -wit: The west half of the southeast quarter, and the southwest quarter, of
<br />Section 351 in Township 12, North, Range 10 West; the southeast quarter and the east half of the
<br />southwest quarter of Section.;3, in Township 11, North, Range 10 West; and Lot 3, in Block 123,;
<br />in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island,all in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, passed and descended,by operation of law, by absolute title, as follows: To Julia E.:
<br />Bryson, an undivided one- third, and to Olive Bryson Larson, Georgia Bryson,Esther Bryson Fagan,
<br />.James M.Bryson, Sarah H.Bryson, Hazel'L.Bryson,William O.Bryson, and Ralph Bryson, an undivided
<br />;one- twelfth each, subject only to the homestead estate of the said Julia E.Bryson, in said Lot::
<br />3, in Block 1231 in Union-Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island,Nebraska,
<br />and distribution thereof is. hereby accordingly awarded.
