<br />'ten shares of the capital stock of The First National Bank of Grand Island,Nebraska, five share

<br />County, Nebraska, and by'agreement between the said Julia E.Bryson,Julia E.Bryson as guardian

<br />quarter,and the east half of the southwest quarter, of Section Three (3),in Township Eleven

<br />The Court further finds that the said Silas Y.Bryson left surviving him, as his heirs at law
<br />his only heirs at law, the following named persons; Julia E.Bryson,surviving widow of said

<br />time of the death of the said Silas Y.Bryson, all of the real estate hereinbefore described
<br />passed and descended by operation of law, upon the death of the said Silas Y.Bryson, as follow:
