<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE FINAL DECREE
<br />OF SILAS Y.BRYSON,`5
<br />DECEASED.
<br />Now, on this 15th day of September, 19231 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Julia E.Bryson, as Administratrix of the estate of Silas Y.Bryson,deceased, and upon her
<br />petition for the settlement of said estate and her discharge herein, and the Court, having
<br />examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and f
<br />legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time and place
<br />fixed for hearing upon said report, as. heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court, having examined said report, together with the vouchers on file; and the de-
<br />claration of trust of the said Julia E.Bryson attached to and made a part of said final re-
<br />port, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that the same ought to be
<br />allowed as and for the final report of the said Julia E.Bryson, as such Administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Silas Y.Bryson departed this life, intestate, at his
<br />home in Grand Island,Nebraska, on the 13th day of September, 1921, and that at the time of
<br />his death he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska, and that letters of ad-
<br />ministration were duly issued to Julia E.Bryson upon the estate of said Silas Y.Bryson in
<br />this court on the 24th day of October, 1921.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was duly given to all persons interested
<br />in said estate of the time and place fixed for filing claims against said estate, and that
<br />the time so fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting.any such
<br />r�
<br />claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the estate of the said Silas Y.Bryson,deceased, at the time of
<br />his death was of the value of $42,000; that he left a widow and eight children,each entitle
<br />to an exemption of $10,000 under the inheritance tax laws of the state of Nebraska, and tha
