<br />NOW on this 24th day of April, 1930, this cause came on further to be heard upon the Final
<br />Report, Petition for Decree of Distribution, and Discharge of Thomas H.Carter, Administrator
<br />of the Estate of Sarah Kunz., Deceased, and the Court having examined the records and files
<br />herein, and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been
<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />given to all persons of the time and place fixed for hearing on said Final Report, and Petiti6
<br />for Decree of Distribution as heretofore ordered by the Court, and the Court having examined
<br />said report, together with the vouchers on file, and no one appearing to object to the same, j
<br />finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same ought to be approved
