<br />LAST FILL AND TESTAMENT, PROBATE CERTIFICATE AND FINAL DECREE.
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMENS
<br />I, Sophia H.J.Bulliss, of Grand Island,Hall County, Nebraska, being mindful of the uncertaintioo
<br />of this mortal life and being of sound and diposing Mind and Memory do make and publish this
<br />?MY LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT, in manner and form following: that is to say:
<br />Item First
<br />I direct that the expenses of my last sickness and funeral and all my just debts be first paid.;',
<br />Item Second.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to my four children, viz., Harriet M. Bullies, Lottie M.Bullies,
<br />`Glenn E.Bulliss and Arthur D.Bulliss all the estate of which I may die seized,be the same real,;;
<br />personal or mixed, and wherever situate, and more especially our house and lot where we now live
<br />at No. 1522 West Third Street, being also known as Lot Five in Block Seven of 8ernohan and
<br />Deckers Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, to have and to hold the same to them-
<br />selves and to their heirs and assigns forever, share and share alike: Provided, however,that
<br />said home place shall not be sold or divided until my said children shall unanimously agree to
<br />such sale.
<br />Item Third.
<br />I hereby appoint my son Glenn E.Bulliss, Executor of this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
<br />revoking any and all former bills by me made, and I direct that no bond or other security shall;'

<br />be required of my said Executor by the Court in which this my said Last Will and Testament shah.
<br />'be probated and my Estate settled as security for the fulfillment of the terms of said Will an&
<br />for the purpose of carrying out my said intention I hereby waive the giving of any such bond or.
<br />security.
