in Block Seven (7) in the Original Town of Shelton, Nebraska; an undivided one -half of Lots <br />One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), in Block Nine (9), in Parkview Addition to Shelton, Nebraskaill <br />and an undivided one -half of the west twenty -four feet of the south 149 feet of Lot Twenty (20f <br />and the old alley, both in Block Six (6), in Shelton, Nebraska, and an undivided 6ne -half of <br />it <br />the southeast quarter of Section Twenty -four (24) in Township Ten (10) North, Range Thirteen <br />(13) West of the 6th P.M. <br />The Court further finds that the said Augusta C.Horth left surviving her, as her heir at law <br />and her sole and only heir at law, Charles M.Horth, a son, of lawful age, and that under the <br />i, <br />intestate laws of the state of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of the said Augusta;! <br />C.Horth the real estate heretofore described, and all of the same, passed, by absolute title,' <br />to the said Charles M.Horth, as sole heir of said deceased. <br />The Court further finds that said Administrator has assigned to the said Charles M.Horth the i! <br />two registered Liberty Bonds belonging to the estate of said deceased and shown by the inventory <br />I <br />filed herein, and also the claim against Meisner's State Bank. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of said !' <br />Administrator be, and the same hereby is, in all things, approved and allowed as and for his <br />final report, said estate is hereby settled and closed and said Administrator discharged. <br />i; <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against <br />the estate of the said Augusta ,C.Horth, deceased and not filed within the time limited by thei <br />Court, are forever barred, enjoined, and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims <br />I, <br />against said estate. <br />i <br />IT IS FUERTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the intestate laws in <br />force at the time of the death of the said Augusta C.Horth, the real estate hereinbefore <br />described, as well as all personal property belonging to said deceased, after payment of debtsp, <br />costs of administration, and funeral expenses, passed, by absolute title, to Charles M.Horth,( <br />sole heir at law of said deceased, and distribution thereof is hereby accordingly made. <br />(SEAL) J.M.Easterling I! <br />County Judge <br />Certificate of Record. <br />The State of ebraska, <br />ss.
