<br />;Subject to the foregoing, I give, devise and bequeath to my sons, Albert Freitag and Walter

<br />!Freitag, and my beloved daughter, Frances Freitag, all of the rest, residue and remainder of
<br />my property, of whatsoever nature, including money in the bank, bonds, book accounts, mortgag
<br />etc., in equal shares to each of my.said three (3) children, they to have same absolutely and
<br />forever.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I name, nominate and appoint my beloved daughter, Frances Freitag, executrix of this, my last
<br />will and testament. I request that she be not required to furnish any bond, whatsoever, as
<br />such executrix.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all other wills by me made.
