<br />Nebraska, containing 59.35 acres, according to the Government Survey thereof.

<br />The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; the West Half of the Southeast Quarter, all in
<br />Section 25, Township 11, and the West Forty (40) acres of Lot 2 in Section 1, Township 10, all
<br />North of Range 10, West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska the aforesaid

<br />described real estate passed and descended as follows:

<br />The undivided one -half interest in and to Lot 21 Block "BO of Boehm's Sub - division, an addit-
<br />ion to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recorded,
<br />the same being the homestead, - to Annie Schoel an undivided one -third interest; to Hulda
<br />Marth an undivided two - ninths interest; to Elsie Marth an undivided two - ninths interest; and
<br />to Harry Schoel an undivided two - ninths interest, subject to the homestead interest of the
<br />widow, the said Annie Schoel.
<br />The east half of the southwest quarter and the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
<br />Section; 7, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,Nebraska, and
<br />Lot 1 on Mainland in Section 1, Township 10 North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, containing 58.35 acres according to the Government Survey thereof, and The southeast
<br />quarter of the northwest quarter; the northeast quarter of the southwest quarter; the southeae
<br />quarter of the southwest quarter; the west half of the southeast quarter, all in Section 25,
<br />Township ll, and the west forty (40) acres of Lot 2 in Section 1,Township 10, all north of
<br />Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, to Annie Schoel widow, an undivided
<br />one -third interest, and to Hulda Marth, Elsie Marth, and Harry Schoel, an undivided two - ninths
<br />interest each.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws
<br />of the state of Nebraska, that said Administratrix has paid all the funeral expenses and deb *e
<br />of the deceased and costs of administering said estate., and that said estate ought to be close
<br />and the Administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that the household furniture and personal effects have been delivered
<br />to the widow as by statute provided.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed for filing claims against the estate of said Frederick Schoel, deceased, and
<br />that the time so fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against the
<br />estate of said Frederick Schoel, deceased, if any such there be, and not filed herein, are
<br />forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate,
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Annie
<br />Schoel, Administratrix of the estate of Frederick Schoel, deceased, be, and the same is hereby
<br />approved and allowed as and for her final report, and said Administratrix is hereby,dischargec
<br />and her bond released, and said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims,.and
<br />not filed herein, against the estate of Frederick Schoel, deceased, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred, enjoined, and precluded from setting upon or asserting any such claims agains
<br />said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate hereinbefore

<br />desqribed passed and descended under the laws of descent of the state of Nebraska, at the
<br />death of said Frederick Schoel, deceased, to the sole and only heirs at law as follows:
