<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate
<br />of FINAL DECREE.
<br />Frederick Schoel, Deceased.
<br />Now, on this let day of July, 1930, this cause came on
<br />for hearing upon the final report of Annie Schoel, Administratra-of said estate, and the
<br />Court, having examined the records and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds
<br />that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time
<br />and place fixed for the hearing upon said report as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />!, The Court, having examined said final report, together with all other files and the testimony
<br />offered in support thereof, finds that said report is true and correct in all things and
<br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that said Frederick Schoel, deceased, departed this life at his resi
<br />dence in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 2d day of December, 1929) and he was,
<br />immediately preceding his death, a resident and inhabitant of said county, and that a petitio►
<br />was filed for the appointment of an administrator and said Annie Schoel was duly appointed
<br />and qualified as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said Frederick Schoel left surviving him, as his sole and only
<br />heirs at law, the following: Annie Schoel, his widow, Hulda Marth, a daughter, Elsie Marth, a
<br />daughter, Harry Schoel, a son.
<br />The Court further finds that said Frederick Schoel died seized of the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to Lot 21 Block "B" of Boehm's Sub- division, an addit
<br />ion to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recorded.
<br />The East Half of the Southwest quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
