<br />PETER TODSEN, DECEASED
<br />I; Now on this 25th day of June,1930, this cause came on for
<br />hearing ppon the final report of John Todsen and Fred Todsen, Administrators of the estate of
<br />Peter Todsen, deceased, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that notice as re-
<br />quired by law has been given to all persons interested as to the filing of said report and
<br />of the time fined for final settlement of said estate, by publication, and no objection or
<br />portest has been filed.
<br />On examination thereof the Court finds that said report is correct in All resoects and ought
<br />to be approved and allowed as and for the final account of said Administrators; that they h&
<br />accounted for all of the property of said deceased coming into their hands or under their
<br />control, and have made proper distribution thereof as provided by law.
<br />The Court further finds that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said
<br />deceased of the time limited and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, and
<br />that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed
<br />against said estate have been paid and satisfied and-that all claims outstanding against said
<br />estate and not, so filed, if any such there be, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefor considered and adjudged by the Court that the report of said Administrators
<br />be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for their final account.
<br />It is further considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred, excluded and pre-
<br />cluded from filing.or setting up any claims or demands against said estate and that the same
<br />is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court finds that the said Peter Todsen departed this life intestate, on the 27th day of
<br />September,1928, that he was at the time of his death a resident and inhabitant of Hall County
<br />Nebraska, and that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the
<br />following named persons: Hannah Hitchler, daughter, Helene Boldt, Daughter, and John Todsen,
<br />Fred Todsen, Henry Todsen, George Todsen and Peter Todsen, sons.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Peter Todsen died the owner in fee simple of the follow
<br />ing described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit:
<br />Lot One (1), Fractional Block Twenty -one (21) Fairview Park Addition to tie City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, according to recorded plat thereof:
<br />Lot Three (3) of Block Sixteen (16) Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Lot One (1) of Block Forty -four (44) Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Court finds that under and by virtue of the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska,
<br />said real estate did descend at his death in the manner following: To Hannah Hitohler, Helene
<br />Boldt, John Todsen, Fred Todsen, Henry Todsen, George Todsen and Peter Todsen, and to each
<br />11 of them as undivided one - seventh part thereof in common.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the above mentioned
<br />and described real estate, to -wit: Lot Three (3) of Block Sixteen (16) Russell Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Lot One (1), Fractional Block Twenty -one (21)
<br />Fairview Park Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat
<br />thereof, and Lot One (1) of Block Forty -four (44) Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of
