<br />The Court further finds that said James B.Hershey, deceased, was seized as the owner in fee

<br />=simple of the following described real estate:
<br />Lots 219,219,and 220,in Belmont Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County, .
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />An undivided one -half interest in and to the following described real estate,to -wit:
<br />The northwest quarter of the northwest quarter and the south half of the northwest
<br />quarter and the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter and the south half of
<br />Section Two N), in Township Seventeen (T7),and the southwest quarter of Section
<br />Thirty -five in Township Eighteen (18), all in Range Thirty -six (36),West of
<br />the Sixth P.M.,in Arthur County, Nebraska,
<br />and the Court further finds that all of said real estate and interest therein, passed and des
<br />cended under and by virtue of said last will and testament of said James B.Hershey, deceased,
<br />to Augusta Hershey, in fee simple.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of
<br />the state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the debts and claims against said estate and the costs of
<br />this proceeding have been paid.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Augusta i
<br />Hershey, Executrix of the last will and testament of James B.Hershey, deceased, be, and the
<br />same is hereby approved and allowed as and for her final report, and said estate is hereby
<br />i
<br />settled and closed and said Executrix discharged and her bond as such is hereby released.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that under and by virtue of the said last will an
<br />testament of said James B.Hershey, deceased, the absolute title to the following described js
