') <br />The Court further finds that said James B.Hershey departed this life at his place of residence pn <br />the 30th day of January,1929, in Hall County, Nebraska, and at the time of his death he was an <br />I <br />inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. ll <br />it <br />II <br />The Court further finds that on the first day of March, 1929, Augusta Hershey filed in this <br />(Court her duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate of an instrument purport" <br />I, <br />ling to be the last will and testament of James B,Hershey, deceased, that the Court thereupon j <br />I it <br />;fixed the 27th day of March, 1929, as the date for making proof of said last will and testament, <br />l <br />and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hearing <br />i <br />Ilthereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law, and on said date of March 27, 192 , <br />;!said instrument was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in this Court as and for the <br />i <br />)last will and testament of said James B.Hershey, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly <br />I. <br />,issued thereon to Augusta Hershey, executrix, as named in said last will and testament, and she <br />i <br />thereupon duly qualified as such. <br />;The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and <br />� I <br />place fixed for filing claims against said estate and that all claims filed have been paid and II <br />Ii satisfied by said Executrix, and that the time fixed for filing of claims has fully expired an l <br />ilthat all persons having claims against said estate, and not filed herein, if any such there be,1 <br />are forever barred and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estaj}e. <br />
