<br />iNow on this l8th day of February, 19301 this cause and matter came on for hearing upon the 
<br />petition of the executors, Henry R.Fitton, John M.Fitton, and William R.Fitton, for approval of, 
<br />their final account filed herein, for an order of distribution and for closing of administration 
<br />herein, and the court being fully advised in the premises,finds:- 
<br />FIRST 
<br />That due and legal notice as required by law and the order of this court has been given to all; 
<br />persons interested in the estate of John J.Fitton, deceased, of the hearing upon the petition E 
<br />for approval of the final account filed herein,.and for closing of administration, and that no 
<br />objections thereto have been filed in this court. 
<br />SECOND 
<br />That due and legal notice for the filing of claims as required by law and the order of this eo#rt 
<br />....has been given and all claims filed have been paid, and that any claims not..filed against said!,' 
<br />estate have been barred by proper and legal order of this court, and that all costs of admini 
<br />tration have been fully paid. 
<br />THIRD 
<br />That At the time of his death, the decedent,John J.Fitton, was a resident of Champaign County,' 
<br />State of Illinois, leaving a Last Will and Testament which was duly proved, allowed and probatj 
<br />in the County Court of Champaign-County; State of Illinois, and that a copy of said Will and 
<br />the probate thereof, duly authenticated, was on the 21st day of August, 1929, duly allowed, 
<br />filed: and recorded in this Court as the Last Will and Testament of the deceased. 
<br />FOURTH 
<br />That the estate tax due the United States Government has been paid by the executors of said 
<br />estate in the State of Illinois, and there is no further inheritance tax, income tax or estate 
<br />tax due the United States Government or the State of Nebraska, nor chargeable against said 
<br />estate or any interest therein,or any portion thereof.
