FIRST - My funeral expenses and all my just debts shall be paid as soon as convenient after my death. SECOND - My Executors are authorized to expend such amount of my estate as they think proper t erect a monument on my cemetery lot, if I have erected one there before my death; and also sud additional amount as they may think proper to establish an endowment fund for the perpetual care of the cemetery lot in which my remains and the remains of my deceased Rife are buried. THIRD, - My Executors as Trustee are hereby given full and complete authority to manage and control my entire estate until my third Liberty Loan Bonds are paid by the Government, and unt the first day of March closing the second full farming year after my death. They shall colleo all interest and principal which matures on my bonds or other cash investments; and they shall lease and manage and control all my real estate during said period and pay all taxes, assess- ments, insurance premiums, and other proper carrying charges on my real estate, and collect al the income from the same and sell all grain rent which may be collected during said period, an either accumulate the same, or make a partial distribution of my estate during said period as they may think best. FOURTH,- At the end of said management period, My Executors shall divide all my persoani pr and accumulations then in their hands from my entire estate, in equal shares among my eight children. Provided,however, that if my Executors see fit to invest the share or shares of any part or all of said shares, they are hereby given full and complete authority to do so, taking the title in which any child's share is ingested in the name of said child, and recording the same in said name, the property to be the absolute property of the child whose money is investO in it in each case. FIFTH,- I give anddevise all the real estate which I may own at the time of my death in equal) shares to my eight children. SIXTH,- I nominate my sons, Henry R.Fitton, John M.Fitton, and William R.Fitton, Executors of this will without bonds; I desire that they shall have reasonable compensation for their servi� as such Executors.
