<br />property in fee simple of Louie'Lorenzen, a son of the deceased George Lorenzen, upon the con -!
<br />dition.that the said Louis Lorenzen conveyed to his brother John C.Lorenzen by warranty deed �I
<br />-all his rights and interest in and to the South One -half of the Southwest Quarter of Section

<br />Two (2), Township Ten (10), Range Ten (10), Hall County, Nebraska, and also all his rights
<br />and interest in and to the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty- two_(22),
<br />Township Ten (10), North, Range-Ten (10), clear of all encumbrance, all in Hall County, Nebras�a

<br />The said Louis Lorenzen being also required by the provisions of the said last will and testa-

<br />meat of the said George Lorenzen, deceased, to pay the following bequests, and legacies, to -witi:
<br />To Minnie Opp, Wood River, Nebraska, $1,000.00 in cash; to Lena Becker of Grand Island,Nebraekl�o

<br />$500.00 in cash and to John C.Lorenzen $1,000.00 in cash.

<br />The Court further finds that the said Louis Lorenzen has by good and sufficient warranty deed',
<br />conveyed all his rights,titles and interest in and to the South Half of the Southwest Quarter -!jof
<br />Section Two (2):_Township Ten (10) north, Range Ten (10), Hall County, Nebraska, and also to tie
<br />North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Ten (10) north, Rangq
<br />it
<br />Ten (10), west of the 6th P.M.,Hall Oounty, Nebraska, free and clear from all encumbraneen-by III
<br />warranty deed dated October 6, 1923s and recorded in Book No.62 of Deeds at page 203 and in
<br />Book 62 of Deeds at Page 202 in the office of the Register of Deeds,Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Louis Lorenzen has paid to Minnie Opp, Wood River,
<br />Nebraska, daughter of the deceased, the sum of .$1,000..00 as required in said last will and !�
<br />testament; has paid to Lena Beaker of Grand Island,Nebraska, step- daughter of the said deeeas�do

<br />-the sum of $500.00 as required in last will and testament and has paid to John 0. Lorenzen, 9

<br />of the said deceased, the sum of $1,000.00 as required in said last will and testament, and tat
<br />he has performed in all respects all of the conditions provided for in said last will-and tes-
<br />ament and that the said Louis Lorenzen by virtue of the provisions contained in said last rail

<br />and testament of the said George Lorenzen and the payment of the bequests and legacies to the±
<br />aforementioned.persons is the owner in fee simple of the aforedeseribed property.

<br />The Court further finds that the said John C.Lorenzen has paid to William Lueth of Mason City
<br />Nebraska, the sum of $500.00 as required in said last will and testament.
<br />The Court further finds that said George Lorenzen is a widower and that Doris Lorenzen, his
<br />wife, has preceded him in death.
<br />The Court further finds that the provision in the said last will and testament of the said �I
<br />George Lorenzen requiring his son Louis Lorenzen to convey to John C.Lorenzen the following
<br />described property,to -wit: the W..eol Half of the Southwest Quarter-of Section Twenty -two (22)
<br />Township Ten (10) north, Range Ten (10), Hall County,Nebraska, containing Eighty (g0) acres
<br />clear of all eneumbrance,is erroneous, in that the said Louie.Lorenzen was not at any time
<br />owner of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Sectioa,Township and Range,. t

<br />was the owner of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section Twenty -Two (22) Township�i
<br />Ten (10) north, Range Ten (10), containing Eighty (90) acres, clear of all encumbrance, Hall
<br />Oounty, Nebraska, and that the intention of the testator George Lorenzen was to provide in hi+
<br />last will and testament for the transfer of the North One -Half of the Southwest Quarter of 1.
<br />said Section Twenty -Two (22), Township Ten (10) north, Range Ten (10) west of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that by mistake and inadvertence on the part of the testator the
