<br />in this Court. That on the 24th day of April A.D.1923, said instrument to which this is attaoYed
<br />was duly proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the said George Lorenzen,
<br />'deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the court aforesaid.

<br />'Now, on this 20th day of October, 19231 this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of John C.Lorenzen and Louis Lorenzen,executors, of the last will and testament of George Lorentzen,
<br />;deceased, and upon their petition for a settlement of said estate and their discharge herein, j
<br />and the Court having examined the* records and files and being duly advised in the premises finds
<br />'i
<br />`that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the time amid
<br />place fixed for a hearing upon said final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And no one appearing to object to said report, the Court examined the same together with vouch6irs
<br />'on file and the testimony offered in support thereof and being duly advised in the premises the
<br />Court finds that said report is true and correct in all things and that same ought to be allowel4
<br />';and approved as and for the final report of said executors.
<br />;The Court further finds that George Lorenzen departed this life, testate, on the 25th day of
<br />'February, 1923s and at 'the time of his death the said George Lorenzen was a resident and inhab-
<br />itant of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of March, 1923, John C.Lorenzen, a son of said
<br />i'
<br />deceased, filed in this Court his duly verified petition praying for the allowance and probate bf
<br />an instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of the said George_Lorenzen,deoease4,
<br />that the Court thereupon fixed the 21st day of April, 1923, as the day for making proof of said
<br />.will and due notice of the filing of said petition and of the time and place fixed for the hear-
<br />i
<br />king thereon was given by the Court in the manner provided by law and on the 21st day of April !,
<br />1923, being the date fixed for that purpose, said instrument was duly proven, allowed and admitl
<br />ted to probate in this Court as and for in this last will and testament of the said George
<br />'Lorenzen, deceased, and letters testamentary were duly issued thereon to the said John C.Lorenz, n,
<br />sand Louis Lorenzen, ��
<br />"the executors named in said will and they each of them duly qualified as such.

<br />The Court furth.er finds -that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />place fixed by the Court for the presentation of claims against the said estate and the time sO
<br />fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there
<br />be, are forever barred and ezaluded from setting up or asserting arsy such claims against said
<br />., estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said George Lorenzen died seized as the owner in fee simple ofd
<br />the following described real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to- wilt:
