<br />WILL; CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE AND FINAL DECREE
<br />LAST MILL AND TESTAMENT OF GEORGE LORENZEN.
<br />IN THE - NAME' OF GOD, AMEN i\
<br />I, Goerge Lorenzen, of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, being of Bound
<br />mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and-transitory life, do therefo
<br />make, ordains publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT:
<br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executors hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and fnner
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SECOND; After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts,,I give, devise and bequeath to m
<br />son, Louis Lorenzen, whose address is Grand Island,Nebraska, and who is now living with me on
<br />the Rome Place on Section 11, Twp. 10, Range 10 the following Land and property-known as Lots'
<br />3 and 4 and the North half of the South West Quarter and Lots 1 and 2 Mainland, all in Section,
<br />11, Township 10, Range 10, upon the express condition that the said Louis Lorenzen will give
<br />his brother John C.Lorenzen a good Warranty Deed conveying all his rights and inter- estate in
<br />and to the South half of the South west Quarter of'Section 2, Township 10, North Range 101 coy
<br />taining SQ acres and also the West half of the SPnfh west Quarter of Section 22, Township 10
<br />North, Range 10 containing SO acres,clear of all encumbrances. The said Louis Lorenzen is al
<br />to pay to my daughter Minnie Opp of Rood River, -Nebr. $1000.00 cash, to my step daughter Lena
<br />Becker, Grand Island,Nebr. $500.00 cash and to my son John C.Lorensen $1000.00 cash. I also
<br />direct that in consideration of the share which my son John C.Lorenzen is to receive under th
<br />my Last Will and Testament, he is to pay to my step son William Lueth of Mason Oity, Nebr. +
<br />cash as his share.
<br />My wife Doris Lorenzen is to reside as long as she my'live with my son Louis Lorenzen on the
<br />Home Place located on Section 11, Township 10 #North Range 10 and it is upon the express con -
<br />dition and direction that my son Louis Lorenzen is to care and provide her with a good ooe-
<br />fortable home, look after her wants and needs, supply her with the necessary clothing and pay
<br />her money at her request which she may need for her comfort and living. The said Louis Lorenz
<br />is also to pay the Doctor bills for services and drugs she may need and after her death, to
<br />give her a good burial and to pay for the funeral expenses and other debts incurred during hei
<br />sickness and death.
<br />Should my wife Doris survive me, I direct that she be given all my personal property whatso
<br />after.my just debts and funeral and sickness expenses are paid.
<br />Should I survive my wife Doris and at my death I direct that all my personal property of wha
<br />soever nature be divided share and share alike equally among my heirs after all just debts ari
<br />paid belonging to my estate.
<br />LASTLY, I make , constitute and appoint John C.Lorenzen and Louis Lorenzen,my sons, to be
<br />Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 11th day of
<br />September in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred Sixteen.
