<br />6th P.Y. in Hall County, Nebraska, also Lot Number 6, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 28,
<br />of Township lO,in Range 10, West of the 6th P.M.,in Hall Opunty, Nebraska, passed and descend;
<br />ed to him free from all conditions and charges named in said paragraph nine, in fee simple. !`

<br />Oounty, Oklahoma, by the terms and provisions of said will as provided in paragraph five
<br />thereof, passed and descended to Elmer Beberniss, in fee simple.

<br />South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, in Township 10-North, of Range 10, West
<br />of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, sebraska, as provided in Paragraph six of the last will and
<br />Testament of John Beberniss, deceased, passed and descended to Emma Beberniss, in fee simple.]

<br />Charles Beberniss in fee simple.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the inheritance tau fixed by this court to

<br />be paid by Robert Beberniss and George Beberniss has been paid into the County Treasury- of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that there is nothing due and owing as inheritance tax to the
<br />State of Nebraska or the United States of America and that there is no inheritance tax due
<br />and owing from any of the other legatees and devisees of the last will and testament of the
<br />said John Beberniss, deceased, and that the said estate is hereby ordered closed.
