<br />Beberniss $2117.93, and that vouchers covering payment of said distributive shares are on file
<br />with this court.
<br />The court further finds that all special bequests provided for in said last will and testament
<br />have been paid by the executor,vouchers for same bing on file as follows: Dora Henne $25.00;
<br />Anna Mackan $25.00; Cecilia Mackan $25.00; Augusta Hann $25.00; Amanda Hann $2500.00.
<br />The court further finds that the said executor has paid to the following grandchild Aof the
<br />deceased daughter Lena Buettner, the following amounts; To Alfred Buettner $633.33; Helen
<br />Buettner. #633.33; to Ethel Buettner #633.34•
<br />The court.further finds that Robert Beberniss has paid to the executor as provided in Paragraph
<br />Sight of said last will and testament, the sum of $25501 a charge upon the real estate to be
<br />received by him by the terms and provisions of said will and testament and that the same has
<br />been applied by the executor in payment of thespeoial bequests as provided by said will and
<br />that the said Robert Beberniss has performed the conditions provided in said paragraph eight
<br />and that he is entitled to the said real estate,free from any charge or condition imposed upon'
<br />him in said paragraph:.
<br />The court further finds that George Beberniss has paid to the executor as provided in Paragraph
<br />Nine of said last will and testament, the sum of $1950.00, a charge upon the real estate to bei
<br />received from him by the terms and provisions of said will and testament and that the same has;
<br />!' been applied by the executor in payment of the special bequests as provided by said will and
<br />that--the said George Beberniss has performed the conditions provided in said paragraph nine
<br />and that he is entitled to the said real estate free from any charge or condition imposed upon,

<br />The court further finds that the executor has paid all special bequests provided in said last
<br />and'testament of John Beberniss, deceased, and has distributed all personal property remaining
<br />in his hands after the payment of all claims and expenses, as provided in said last will and
<br />testaments and that vouchers therefor are on file with this court...
<br />The court further finds that by the terms and provisions of said last._will and testament the II
<br />Southeast Quarter of Section 14, in township 14, North, of range 16, Nest of.Indian Meridian,;'
<br />Custer County, Oklahoma, passed and descended to Elmer Beberniss, to have and to hold to him
<br />and his heirs absolutely and forever.
<br />The court further finds that the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, in township
<br />10, North, of Range lO,West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, passed and descended by';
<br />the terms and provisions of said last will and testament.to Emma Beberniss, in fee simple, to`
<br />have and to hold to her and her heirs absolutely and.forever.
<br />The court further finds that the West Half of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of.Sectign
<br />24, in township 14, North, of Range 16, West of the Indian Meridian in Custer County, Oklahoma,
<br />by the terms and provisions of said last will and testament of John Beberniss, deceased passed
<br />and descended to William Beberniss, in fee simple, to have and to hold to him and his heirs
<br />absolutely and forever.
