<br />1. I, John Beberniss, of Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, still being of sound mind, do hereby
<br />make this.seaond codicil to my last will and testament executed on the 17th day of November,
<br />1923, hereby ratifying and confirming the provisions of said last will and testament, and the
<br />first codicil thereto executed February 29, 1924s except as followst
<br />2. I hereby revoke the second clause of said codicil to said last will and testament wherein
<br />John Thomssen is named to be the executor of said last will and testament and L appointed my
<br />friend Emil Hann as such executor.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this 10th day of April, 1926.
