<br />Likes, deceased, in the State of Nebraska; that the said William J.Likes died seized as the
<br />owner of an undivided one - twelfth interest in fee simple of an estate of inheritance in and to`
<br />the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EJNWJ) and the West Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(Wf1NEJ) of Section Sixteen (16),Township Ten (10),Range Eleven (11) in Hall County,Nebraska;
<br />that he left surviving him Mary B.Likes,his mother.; that the said William J.Likes was nine
<br />years of age at the time of his death; that he was never married, and left no surviving child
<br />or children, and that he left as his heir at law and only heir at law Mary B.Likes, his mother;l
<br />that under the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska in force at the time of the death of
<br />the said William J.Likes, the real estate herein described,passed and descended to Mary B.Likes
<br />and to her heirs and assigns forever, and that the same is hereby awarded to her; that all debts
<br />of said deceased, and all debts against the estate of said deceased, if any such existed, are
<br />forever barred and precluded and further administration of the estate of the said William J.

<br />BE IT REMEMBERED that on this 22nd day of May, A.D.1930, this cause came on for hearing upon !,
<br />the petition of Lemuel Metro,husband of Jennie Metro, deceased, praying for a determination
<br />of heirship, and the evidence, and the Court being fully advised in the premises, finds that
<br />due and legal notice of the filing of said petition, and of this hearing has been given by
<br />publication as required by law; that this Court has acquired jurisdiction of the subject mattler,
