<br />,The Court further finds that said estate was not subject to inheritance tax under the state laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska and that the Administratrix has paid all funeral expenses and debts of
<br />said estate and costs of administering said estate and that said estate ought to be closed and
<br />said administratrix discharged.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for filing claims against the estate of James M.Pierce, and that the time so fixed;,
<br />has fully expired and that all persons having claims against the estate of James M.Pierce, if
<br />;any such there be and not filed herein, are forever barred and precluded from setting up or
<br />,asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the said Genevieve
<br />;Pierce, Administra.trix of said estate be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for!

<br />her final report and that said administratrix is hereby discharged and her bond released and
<br />said estate is hereby settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims againstj
<br />the said estate of James M.Pierce, deceased, if any such there be and not filed herein, are fort'-
<br />,ever barred, enjoined and precluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said
<br />estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED) ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the real estate as follows: Lot 5 in Block 10
<br />,in Gilbert's Addition, Lots 72,73,74375,86 and 97 in West Lawn Addition, Fractional Lots 6,7,8''
<br />and 9 in Fractional Block 9 in Ashton Place, an addition to the City of Grand Island, did pass!'

<br />M.Pierce, deceased, to his sole and only heirs at law as follows: to Minnie D.Pierce, an
