<br />instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as the 
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Eva A.Palmer, deceased, and th

<br />Now, on this 24 day of December 1929,this cause came on to be heard by the court, on the final 
<br />account and report of Hiram J.Palmer, executor of said estate, and it appearing from the evide "ce 
<br />and proofs on file in this court, that legal notice, as by law and the order of the court required, 
<br />has been given to all persons interested, of the time and place of examining and allowing said) 
<br />final account, by publication for three successive weeks in a legal newspaper published within 
<br />said Hall County, and there being no objections to said final account and report, the court, or 
<br />I 
<br />ekamination thereof, finds that the same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and 
<br />approved. 
<br />The court further finds, from the proofs on file herein, that legal notice as by law and the 
<br />order of this court required, has been given to all persons having claims against said estate c f 
<br />the time and place of filing same, that all claims filed against said estate have been fully paid 
<br />and that all persons having unfiled claims against said estate, if any there be, are forever j 
<br />barred and precluded from making claim thereon:; and all such unfiled claims and debts if any, 
<br />are barred and precluded; that all costs and expenses of administration have been paid; that said 
<br />estate and the succession thereto, are not subject to any inheritance taxes under the laws of �I 
<br />Nebraska. it 
<br />The court further finds that said deceased died testate on May 2, 19291 a resident of Hall 
<br />County, State of Nebraska, seized and owning in fee simple the Easterly Six (6) feet of Lot 
<br />Five (5) and all of Lot Six (6)pall in Block One Hundred Nine (109))in Railroad Addition to th 
<br />City of Grand Island,in Hall County, Nebraska, and that the same constituted the home and home- 
<br />stead of the testatrix and her surviving husband, Hiram J.Palmer; that said Hiram J.Palmer, duly 
<br />filed in this court within the time and in the manner required by law, his refusal to accept thj 
<br />provisions made for him by the last will of the deceased and his election to take by inheritance , 
<br />descent and distribution the interest in the estate of the deceased as provided by law; that by� 
<br />the terms of said last will and testament the real estate above described was devised as follo 
<br />A life estate therein to Hiram J.Palmer, remainder in fee to Harry E.Palmer, Mabel R.Palmer, 
<br />Charles J.Palmer, Hazel J.Gilchrist,Helen Schourup, and Herbert G.Palmer,share and share alike, 
<br />and that said real estate descends under the will of the deceased and the statutes of Nebraska,
