<br />The Seventh paragraph of my said will I hereby change and modify to read as follows:
<br />SEVENTH: In the event that I do not during my lifetime build a mausoleum on the block now
<br />owned by me in the Broken Bow Cemetery where my beloved wife now lies at rest, I direct my
<br />executrix herein after named, to sell my home place and the Douglas property adjoining it to
<br />the west, being Lots One and Two in Block Eight in J.P.Gandy's Addition.to the town of Broken
<br />Bow, Nebraska, within two years from the date of my death, and from the proceeds arising from
<br />the sale of said Lots One and Two in said Block Eight, and within two years from the date of
<br />said sale, build on my block in said Broken Bow Cemetary a suitable mausoleum at a cost of
<br />approximately Seven Thousand Dollars. I direct that my daughter, Mabel Willing Holcomb, select
<br />!
<br />the plan and supervise the building of said mausoleum.
<br />Any residue that my be left from the sale of said lots after the building of said mausoleum, I
<br />give,decise,and bequeath to my daughter, Irma Willing Tierney, in absolute ownership and withoy
<br />i
<br />reservation. j
<br />The proviso, commencing after the period in the second line from the bottom of the page in par
<br />i
<br />agraph Eighth on page 2 of my said will, I change and modify to read as follows:
<br />Provided further, that in the event of the death of my daughter, Irma Willing Tierney, leaving!,
<br />I
<br />issue of the body, I order and direct that the dividends and profits arising from the one half!
<br />of the bank stock so held in trust for her by my daughter, Mabel Willing Holcomb, shall be
<br />annually paid over to the legal guardian of the issue of my daughter, Irma Willing Tierney,
<br />when the first child of the issue of my said daughter, Irma Willing Tierney, attains the age o
<br />twenty -five years said bank stock shall be sold and the proceeds arising from the sale thereof
<br />together with the accumulated interest and dividends thereon, shall be pro rated among the
<br />issue of my daughter, Irma Willing Tierney,and paid over to the issue of her body as each chil
<br />shall attain the age of twenty five years.
<br />The Seventh clause of the Ninth paragraph of my said will I hereby change and modify to read
<br />as follows:
<br />My farm, known as the Walters farm of One Hundred Sixty acres, being about seven miles north
<br />east of Burwyn, Nebraska, I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter,Irma Willing Tierney, in
<br />absolute possession and ownership and without any restrictions whatsoever.
<br />The Second claus_ of the Eleventh paragraph of my said will I hereby change and modify to read
<br />as follows:
<br />The one half of the residue and remainder of my estate that goes to my daughter, Irma Willing
<br />Tierney, is hereby given and bequeathed to her in absolute ownership and possession and witho.
<br />any restriction whatsoever, and my executrix herein after named, is directed to pay over to h
<br />the one half of the residue and remainder of my said estate for her own use and benefit to be

<br />used and expended by her in the form and manner she may desire.
<br />In the portions, parts, and paragraphs of my said will not motified or changed by this codici ,
<br />I hereby confirm and approve the provisions therein made and as therein made.
<br />In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and subscribed my name at Broken Bow, Nebras at
<br />this May 9th,1924.
