<br />TENTH:- I give, devise and bequeath to my daughter Mabel Willing Holcomb, the following prop
<br />erty, to -wit:-
<br />My south ranch of about one thousand and forty acres, same being about seven miles south of
<br />Broken Baw,Custer County, Nebraska;
<br />'My farm known as the Campbell farm of one hundred and sixty.aeres, same being about ten miles
<br />,south of Callaway, Custer County, Nebraska.
<br />My farm known as the Rusk and Pickett ranch of four hundred and eighty acres, same being about!'.
<br />twelve miles south of Broken Bow, Custer County,Nebraska, and
<br />Lot Three in Block Bight, J.P.Gandy's Addition to the town of Broken Bow, Custer County, Nebraska.
<br />I Give, devise and bequeath the above described property to my said daughter Mabel Willing Hol -,
<br />comb to be and become hers in absolute possession and ownership, to be used and expended by her'
<br />for pleasure, comfort and maintenance as she may desire.
<br />It is also my desire that, if the said Mabel Willing Holcomb should sell any of the property
<br />'herein given to her, she shall give five per cent of such sale price to my brother William Willi-
<br />ing's children, hereinbefore mentioned, said five per
<br />dren share and share alike.
<br />On the death of my daughter Mabel Willing Holcomb, if
<br />is my.desire that such property herein given her that
<br />heirs of my body or to such persons as my said daught
<br />nate and elect; but if she leave issue then I direct
<br />cent to be distributed between said chit -

<br />she shall leave no issue of the body, it
<br />she shall then own, shall descend to they:

<br />shall own at her death, shall descend to such issue share and share alike.
<br />ELEVENTH: The rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, I give, devise,
<br />and bequeath to my said daughters Irma Willing Tierney and Mabel Willing Holcomb, share and shore

<br />alike, as follows;
<br />1.
<br />The one half thereof that goes to Mabel Willing Holcomb shall be hers absolutely and-the one
<br />'half thereto to said Irma Willing Tierney shall go to her in trust and under the same trust anc
<br />trust provisions and same trustee as the other property hereinbefore given her; and at her death
<br />to be disposed of in the same manner as the other property herein willed to her.
<br />My personal effects, such as clothing, jewelry, heirlooms and other things which have a per -
<br />sonal charm, to my daughters or to my relatives and friends I ask my two daughters to distribute
<br />in such manner as to them may seem best.
<br />I hereby designate, name and constitute m daughter Mabel Willing Holcomb Executrix of this my,,

<br />nominal bond, only, for the faithful performance of the trusts herein imposed upon firer.

<br />We whose names are hereunto subscribed do hereby certify that George Willing, the testator,
<br />subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence, and in the presence of each of us, and;
