<br />I, George Willing of Broken Bow, Nebraska, being of sound mind and considering the uncertainty
<br />of this life, do hereby make, ordain, publish and declare this to be

<br />in words and figures following, that is to say:
<br />FIRST:- I direct the payment.of all my just and lawful debts as soon after my decease as con-
<br />veniently may be and the due performance of all my contracts in manner provided by law.
<br />SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my Nieces,Margaret, Louise,Carrie and -- - - - --- Willing,'
<br />children of my Brother, William Willing, residing at North Lima, Ohio, the sum of Three Hundred
<br />($300.00) Dollars each, being the total sum of Twelve Hundred ($1200.00) Dollars, to be paid
<br />from my personal estate as soon after my decease as the same can be legally done.

<br />THIRD: I give, devise and bequeath to the Christian Home of Council Bluffs, Iowa, the sum

<br />of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars and I direct that said sum shall be paid in five equal in-
<br />stallments of One Hundred Dollars each, on the first day of March, commencing the March first,,
<br />following my death and continuing until said sum of $500.00 is paid, without interest and I
<br />further direct that said sum shall be paid from my personal property only. ,
<br />FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of Give Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to Chapter S.
<br />of the P.E.O.Sisterhood of Broken Bow, Nebraska, of which my beloved Wife, Carrie M.Willing,
<br />was a Charter Member, and I direct that said sum shall be paid in five equal installments of
<br />One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars each, on the first day of March, commencing the March first
<br />following my death and continuing until said sum of $500.00 is paid, without interest, and I

<br />further direct that said sum shall be paid from my personal estate only.
<br />FIFTH: I give, devise and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to the Nebrask
<br />Masonic Home at Plattsmouth, Nebraska, and I direct that said sum shall be paid in five equal;

<br />interest and I further direct that said sum shall be paid from my personal property'only.
<br />SIXTH: I give devise and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars to the Masonis
<br />Boys and Girls Home at Fremont, Nebraska, and I direct that said sum shall be paid in five eq;�

<br />March first following my death and continuing until said sum of $500.00 is paid, without in-
<br />terest and I further direct that said sum shall be paid from my personal property only.
<br />SEVENTH: In the event that I do not, during my lifetime, build a mausoleum on the Block now
<br />owned by me in the Broken Bow, Nebraska, Cemetery, where my beloved Wife now lies at rest, I
<br />set apart from my personal estate the sum of Seven Thousand ($7000.00) Dollars for this pur-
<br />pose and order and direct my Executor or Executrix to build on said Cemetery Block a suitable
<br />Mausoleum, using said sum forsaid purpose, under direction of my daughter Mabel Willins.Hol-
<br />comb.
<br />EIGHTH: - I give, devise and bequeath that Bank Stock that I may hold in the Nebraska State
<br />Bank of Broken Bow, Nebraska, at my death, to my Daughter Mabel Willing Holcomb in manner as
<br />follows: One half thereof to be the sole property of the said Mabel Willing Holcomb and the
