<br />any and all other personal property belonging to the said estate save and except the Bank Stod
<br />as hereinbefore provided.

<br />Executtix filed herein be approved and allowed; that all of the said real estate as hereinbe-
<br />fore described descends to and title vests in the heirs and legatees and beneficiaries under
