<br />'Nebraska, and an undivided one -third (1/3) interest in and to the Southeast Quarter (SE�) of

<br />,County, Nebraska, and personal property as listed in the inventory, and that upon the death of
<br />Altamus B.Cummings all of said property did pass and descend by operation of law to Walter M.
<br />`:Cummings and Burd L.Cummings, share and share alike.
<br />The Court further finds that there is no inheritance tax due from the said Walter M.Cummings
<br />,and Burd L.Cummings, nor is said estate subject to any Federal Estate tax.
<br />'IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that upon the death of Altamus B.Cummings,which
<br />occured on the 1st day of August,1928, his undivided one -third (1/3) interest in and to the
<br />'North Half. (NJ) of Lots five (5) and six (6) and the North fifty -eight (58) feet of Lot seven (!)
<br />all in Block Seventy -nine (79) of the original town now city of Grand Island,Nebraska, and an
<br />undivided one -third (1/3) interest in and to the East Half (EJ) of the North Fifty (50) feet ofl:
