<br />Now on this 24th day of April, 19301 this matter cameon for hearing on the final - report of the
<br />administrator after due notice by publication, as by law and the order of this Court required,
<br />had been given to all persons interested, as to the time fixed and place appointed for hearing
<br />said report, and there being no objections on file and no one appearing in person to object
<br />thereto, the Court examined said report and found the same to be correct, and that the same
<br />should be allowed and approved.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of theadministrator be and
<br />the same is hereby approved and allowed as and for his final accounting. 11
<br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication, as by law and by the order of the Courtl
<br />required, has been given to all creditors and other persons interested, as to the time fixed an

<br />The Court further finds that Altamus B.Cummings departed this life on the lst day of August,192 ,
<br />while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,Nebraska, and that he died intestate; that said
<br />deceased was an unmarried man, and that both his father and mother had preceded him in death, a d
<br />that he left surviving him as his heirs at law and only heirs at law, Walter M.Cummings and Buro
<br />L.Cummings, his brothers. That said Altamus B.Cummings at the time of his death was the owner �.n
<br />fee of the undivided one -third (1/3) interest in and to the North Half (NJ) of Lots five (5) an
<br />six( 6) and the North Fifty-eight 8 feet of Lot seven
<br />(5 ) (7),all in Block seventy -nine (79) of
<br />the original town now city of Grand Island,Nebraska, and an undivided one -third interest in and(
<br />to the East Half (EJ) of the North Fifty (50) feet of the South one hundred (100) feet of Lot 11
