The court, upon examining the records and files in this case and after <br />hearing the testimony of witnesses finds that the final report of Hannah Thom is correct in alb. <br />respects and that she has therein accounted for all assets received by her and for all moneys <br />by her expended. <br />`.The court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims in this estate has long since j <br />,!,passed and that no claims have been filed. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not now on file in <br />this estate be and the same are hereby forever barred. <br />ii <br />The court further finds that this estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of t� <br />State of Nebraska or an estate tax under the laws of the United States of America.
