<br />;;Now on this 19th day of April 19301 this cause came on to be heard on the final report of the is
<br />!administratrix, and there being no objections on file; the court after having examined the
<br />records and files in this case finds that due and legal notice has been given of the filing of!
<br />said final report. The court, upon examining the records and files in this case and after
<br />hearing the testimony of witnesses finds that the final report of Hannah Thom is correct in alb.
<br />respects and that she has therein accounted for all assets received by her and for all moneys
<br />by her expended.
<br />`.The court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims in this estate has long since j
<br />,!,passed and that no claims have been filed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims not now on file in
<br />this estate be and the same are hereby forever barred.

<br />The court further finds that Paulina Peters died while a resident of Hall Oounty, Nebraska, o
<br />October 7, 1929; that she left her surviving no husband and two and only two heirs at law, to
<br />;wit Albert Peters, a son, and Hannah Thom, a daughter, both of whom were of lawful age and
<br />1that the said Paulina Peters,deoeased, died intestate.
