<br />ratrix for final settlement of said estate are true.
<br />T IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED,ORDERED AND DECREED BY THE COURT:
<br />hat each and alI of the matters set forth and stated in the findings hereinbefore made, should
<br />e and the same are hereby decreed to be tmue; that any and all claims against the estate of th
<br />eceased should be and the same are hereby barred; that Carrie M.Young, widow,Clement W.Young,
<br />on, and Dale M.Young,son,should be and they are hereby decreed to be the next of kin and heirs
<br />t law of the deceased, and the only heirs at law of the deceased.
<br />hat the amount remaining in the hands of the administratrix of said estate, as hereinbefore
<br />ound, the sum of $8542.45 should be and the same is hereby distributed as follows:
<br />o Carrie M.Young, widow of the deceased, 1/3 thereof, or the sum of 02947 49.
<br />o Clement W.Young,son of the deceased, 1/3 thereof, or the sum of $2547.48
<br />o Carrie M.Young,guardian of the person and estate of Dale M.Young, a minor�f the deceased,
<br />113 thereof, or the sum of $2847.49.
<br />d that the personal property hereinbefore described, in the findings,consisting of stock and
<br />otes, should be and the same is hereby distributed to the said widow and sons of the deceased,
<br />o each a 1/3 thereof, provided that the duly appointed, qualified and acting guardian of Dale
<br />.Young, minor son of the deceased, shall receive and receipt for the part thereof distributed
<br />o him.
<br />at the premises hereinbefore described, constituting the homestead of the deceased at the ti
<br />f his death, to -wit:
<br />tract of land bounded and described as follows:
<br />ommencing at a point at the northeast corner of the tract of land known as Lot 11 in County
<br />ubdivision of a part of the South Half of Section 5, in township 9, north, range 9, West 6th P M.
<br />n Hall County, Nebraska; running thence west 1051 feet; thence south 50 feet; thence eabt 105j
<br />eet; thence north 50 feet to the place of beginning; also the West 570 feet of Lot 10 of the
<br />ounty Subdivision of a part of the South Half of Section 5, township 9, north range 9, West 6t
<br />.M.,in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />uld be and the same is hereby assigned as follows:
<br />'o Carrie M.Young,widow a life estate in and to said premises for and during her life.
<br />o Carrie M.Young an undivided 113 thereof absolutely in fee simple,subject to said life estate
<br />o Clement W.Young an undivided 113 thereof absolutely in fee simple,subject to said life estat .
<br />o Dale M.Young,an undivided 113 thereof absolutely in fee simple, subject to said life estate.
<br />hat the undivided one -half of said Lot 59, in Block 15, in the Doniphan Cedar View Cemetery,
<br />ereinbefore described, should be and is hereby assigned to the said widow and sons of the
<br />eceased, to each an undivided 113 thereof.
<br />hat the report and account of the administratrix, and each and all of her acts while acting in
<br />i
<br />aid capacity, should be and the same are hereby confirmed and approved, and that said administ a-
<br />ria should be and she is hereby released, discharged and acquitted of all further responsibili y
<br />n this matter, and her bond is hereby cancelled,released,discharged and acquitted from all fur
<br />her responsibility and liability because of said administratrix having been appointed, qualified
<br />having acted herein as the representative of the estate of the deceased.
<br />hat it should be and is hereby determined that the property and assets of the estate of the
<br />eceased, or any part thereof, is not liable for or chargeable with any state inheritance tax
<br />r federal war estate tax.
