<br />FINDINGS AND DECREE.
<br />of Charles T.Youg, deceased )
<br />On this 10th day of April, 1930, this matter came on to be heard upon the petition of the
<br />representative of the estate for final hearing, and settlement of the estate, and the report
<br />and account of the representative of the estate, and the evidence, and was submitted to the
<br />loourt upon consideration whereof the court finds:
<br />That heretofore an order was duly made herein by the court fixing and designating the 10th dacyl
<br />i
<br />!of April, 1930, at ten o'clock A.M. in the court room of this court as the time and place for
<br />the final hearing in this matter, and that notice thereof has been given as provided and required
<br />by law, and the order of the court, and that the court has jurisdiction of the subject of this
<br />;proceeding, and over the person of all parties interested herein, and that this is the time
<br />place fixed and designated for said final hearing in tnis matter.
<br />That Charles T.Young died intestate, a resident of and domiciled in Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />the 23rd of August,1929, and that by proceedings duly instituted and had in this court, Carrie
<br />M.Young, the surviving widow of the deceased, was duly appointed administratrix of the estate
<br />of the deceased, and she duly qualified as such, became, has since been and is the representa-
<br />tive of the estate of the deceased.
<br />That on the 19th of September, 1929, the court by order herein and as provided by law, fixed,
<br />designated and limited the time within which claims might be filed against the estate of the
<br />deceased, and provided for the giving of notice thereof, and notice was given as provided and
<br />required by law, and the order of the court, and the time fixed, designated and limited for
<br />filing claims in this proceeding against this estate has expired, and no claim has been filed,
<br />herein, and all claims of every nature and kind against this estate have been and are barred,
<br />and that the costs of this proceeding have been fully paid.
<br />That the deceased left surviving him as his heirs at law and next of kin the following persons
<br />Carrie M.Young,widow of the deceased
<br />Clement W.Young a son of the deceased, of legal age
<br />Dale M.Young, son of the deceased, who is a minor
<br />all residents of Hall County, Nebraska, and the post office address of each is Doniphan,
<br />Nebraska, and the deceased left surviving him no other son or daughter,nor the child or chil-
<br />dren of any deceased son or daughter.
<br />That the report and account of the administratrix filed herein is true, complete and correct,
<br />and that each and all of the acts of the representative of the estate are proper and legal, an
<br />said report and account, and each and all of the acts of the representative of the estate should
<br />be approved and confirmed by the court, and she should be by order of the court herein release
<br />and discharged,and her bond cancelled and acquitted of all further responsibility and liabilit
<br />herein because of her having been appointed, qualified and having acted as the representative
<br />of the estate of the deceased.
<br />That there remained in the hands of the administratrix at the time the final report was prepared
<br />for filing herein, the sum of $8820.43, and out of and from said amount the administratrix has.
<br />since paid the following items:
<br />To the judge of this court, court costs $59.50
<br />To the county Treasurer of Hall County,tax on real
<br />estate owned by deceased 118.48
<br />To Carrie M.Young,widow,allowance as heretofore
<br />fixed by the court 100.00

<br />and that the net amount which remains in the hands of the administratrix is the sum of $8542.
<br />which should be distributed to the widow and sons of the deceased as follows:
