<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE

<br />OF PETER M. PETERSON, DECEASED)
<br />Now on this 28th day of MaTA, 1930, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />Augusta L. Peterson, heretofore filed herein, praying for a settlement of the Estate of said
<br />deceased, and determination of his heirs-it-law and right of descent of said real estate, and
<br />the degree of kinship of said heirs -at -law, and it appearing from the proof on file herein
<br />that due and legal notice of publication in The Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper
<br />printed in said County, for three successive weeks Prior to said hearing as by law provided
<br />and the order of his Court required, has been given to all creditors, heirs -at -law and person
<br />interested in said estate, of the filing of said petition and the time and place for hearing
<br />thereof, which time was more than thirty days and less than sixty days after the filing of
<br />said petition, and there being no objections thereto, said cause was duly aubmitted to the
<br />Court on said petition and the evidence of the petitioner in support thereof, and the Court
<br />being duly advised in the premises, finds that the allegations in said petition are true, that
<br />the said Peter M. Peterson died intestate on the 24th day of December, 1910, and that on the
<br />date of his death, he was a bona -fide resident mf Hall County, Nebraska; that at the time of
<br />his death, he was the fee simple owner in and to the following described premises, to -wit:
<br />Fractional Lot Five, in Block Ten, in Arnold & Abbott's Addition, and Fractional Lot Five, in
<br />Fractional Block Nineteen, in Rollin's Addition, all in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; i
<br />that more than two years have elapsed since his death, and no application has been ..filed in
<br />the State of Nebraska or elsewhere for the appointment of an administrator of said estate, I
<br />and no administration has been had of said estate.
<br />The Court finds that said deceased left surviving him the following and only heirs -at -law : -
<br />Augusta L. Peterson, surviving widow, Pauline S. Peterson, a daughter, Frieda Peterson Erdbruger,
<br />• daughter, Edna Peterson Clampitt, a daughter, Fred C. Peterson, a son, and Rudolph Peterson,
<br />• son.
<br />That the said Peter M. Peterson died seized of a fee simple interest in and to the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit : - Fractional Lot Five, in Block Ten, in Arnold & Abbott's Addit-
<br />ion, and Fractional Lot Five, in Fractional Block Nineteen, in Rollin's Addition, all in Gran
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which real estate did pass and descend on the date of the death
