k� <br />129 <br />111& Vl EA-11 U'Dwif,111 <br />10n consideration of the files and the testimony, the court finds that the said administrator ha <br />accounted for all property coming into its hands, and that its report is correct in all respee <br />nand ought to be allowed; that the administrator has received from all sources as such administ <br />1tor,of the sum of $79.50 and has paid out the said sum for attorney fees, court costs and cost <br />of administration, and that there remains nothing in the hands of the administrator for distri <br />but ion. <br />t is therefore considered by the court that the report of the Nebraska Loan and Trust Company <br />nistrator, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed, as and for its final account, <br />that upon its filing in this court the receipts of those entitled to share in the distribution <br />it be discharged of its trust and its bond released. <br />The Court finds that notice was given to creditors of said deceased of the time allowed for <br />filing claims against said estate,by publication, as required by law and by order of Court, an <br />that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expires; that all claims filed and allowed <br />against said estate have been paid and that all claims outstanding against said deceased and n <br />so filed are forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered by the Court that all persons are forever barred from filing or set, <br />ting up any claims or demands against the estate of A.T.Guthrie,deoeased. <br />The Court finds that the said A.T.Guthrie died on the 25th day of July,1924; that he was at th <br />time of his death a resident of Newton,Jasper Oounty,Iowa, and that he died intestate,leaving <br />hire as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law the following named persons: Agnes Guthrie, <br />his widow,Stewart I.Guthrie,his son, Vernon A.Guthrie,his son and Frank A.Guthrie,his son. <br />The Court finds that the said A.T.Guthrie died seized in fee of the following described real <br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: The Northwest quarter (NNJ) <br />of Section Thirty -six (36),Township Twelve (I2),Range Twelve (12) Rest of the 6th P.M.in Hall <br />County, Nebraska,containing 160 aeres,more or less. <br />The Court finds that under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska all of the right,title <br />land interest of the said A.T.Guthrie in and to the last above described real estate did pass a <br />descend at his death in the manner following: To Agnes Guthrie,his widow,1/3 thereof; to Stew <br />I.Guthrie,a son, 2/9 part thereof; to Vernon A.Guthrie,a son, 2/9 part thereof; and to Fran 'A <br />Guthrie,a son,2 19 part thereof. <br />It is therefore eonsidered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that all of the right,title and <br />,interest of A.T. Guthrie in and to the Northwest quarter (NWJ) of Section 36, Township 12,Rang <br />112, West of the 6th 'P.M. in Hall County,Nebraska,did pass and descend at his death under the <br />provision of the Law of Descent of real estate in the State of Nebraska,in the manner following; <br />Agnes Guthrie,1/3 thereof; Stewart I.Guthrie,Vernon A.
