<br />In the matter of the estate of Kate Brennan, deceased.
<br />Be it remembered, that heretofore, to-,wit:- on the 16th day of October,A.D.1922, James Brennan;;,
<br />.administrator of the estate of the said Kate Brennan deceased, filed in this.Court his final
<br />:report as such administrator, together with a petition praying for the allowance of said'accouht
<br />'as filed, for a decree of heirship, an assignment of the residue of said estate and for a dis
<br />''.charge from his trust as stch administrator, and that for these purposes at time and place be
<br />`fixed for a hearing thereon, and that such notice be given thereof as the law directs.
<br />That on the 10th day of November,A.D.1923, this matter coming on for hearing, at the request of
<br />Y.J. Donahue, attorney for the estate upon said report and such petition, and it appearing to
<br />the Court from waivers on file herein that all persons interested in said estate have waived
<br />;notice of hearing upon such report and have consented that the administrator be discharged, itl
<br />is ordered by the Court that hearing proceed at once, and that notice of the same be and is
<br />;:hereby dispensed with.
<br />'?And said matter was submitted to the Court upon such report,said petition the records and file'i
<br />Of this Court and the evidence, and no one appearing to object to or to contest the same, the I
<br />Court being fully advised in the premises,finds :-
<br />That Kate Brennan,now deceased, departed this life, intestate, on or about the 25th day of
<br />August,A.D.1921, and that at and immediately prior to her death she was a resident of Boone
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />That on the 12th day of November,A.D.1921 letters of administration upon the estate of said
<br />deceased were by this Court duly granted and issued to James Brennan as the administrator ther0-
<br />of.
<br />That the time fixed by law and the order of the Court for filing claims against the estate of
<br />i�
<br />said deceased has expired, and that an order should be entered barring all unfiled claims aga+at
<br />the same.
<br />That said administrator has paid all lawful debts, dues and demands against the said deceased
<br />her said estate, including the costs of the administration of the same, and that in accordance
<br />with the assignment by the heirs at law ofeaid deceased, on file herein, the residue of the
<br />personal estate of said deceased has been by the administrator delivered to Hugh Brennan, Bur
<br />viving husband of said deceased, which assignment and delivery is by the Court approved and
<br />confirmed.
<br />The Court further finds that the final report of the said administrator as filed herein is a
<br />true account of his administration of said estate, and that the same should be approved,allow
<br />and recorded as such.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving her Hugh Brennan, surviving husband j
<br />and James Brennan, Mary Vandewalle, Charles Brennan and Kathryn Brennan, her children, who arej
<br />z
<br />the sole and only heirs at law of the said Kate Brennan,deceased.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Kate Brennan died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate,to -wit:- The Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty- Six,in Township Twwnty- two,NortY ,
<br />Range Six, West of the 6th P.M.,also 1
<br />An undivided one half interest in and to Lot Four and The East half of Lot Five, all in Block]

<br />Two of Clark's First Addition to Albion, Nebraska, all of the above being located in Boone,
<br />County,Nebraska, also
