<br />'Now on this 15th day of February, 1930, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />Emma E.Boroff heretofore filed herein, praying that the date and place of death of the said
<br />John T.Senseney may be determined and that it may be adjudged and decreed by the court that th�
<br />said Emma. E.Boroff is the sole heir of the said John T. Senseney, deceased, that her degree of
<br />;kinship is that of daughter and that the real estate hereinafter described did descend to her
<br />in fee simple absolute and that all debts, if any such there be, against said estate be barred`

<br />And the Court being fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been givion
<br />to all persons, both heirs at law and creditors of the said deceased, of the time and place fi�ed
<br />by the court for hearing upon said petition by publication thereof for three successive weeks
<br />in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a daily newspaper published and of general circulation I

<br />':in the petition of Emma E.Boroff are true; that John T. Senseney died intestate on December

<br />4,1926, at his home in Hall County, Nebraska; that at the time of his death he was a resident j
<br />land inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that he left surviving him as his sole and only heir
<br />a.t law, his daughter, the petitioner, Emma E.Boroff; that her degree of kinship is that of

<br />"daughter; that at the time of his death he was seized of an estate of inheritance and was the i
<br />i
<br />"owner of, by fee simple title absolute, the Northeast Quarter (3 4) of the Southwest quarter
<br />i
<br />(SWJ) of Section twenty -eight (2S) ,Township eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />'6th P.M.,Hall County, Nebraska; that under the intestate laws of the state of Nebraska, said
<br />i
<br />?real estate passed and descended on his death to Emma, E.Boroff,his daughter and sole heir at
<br />';law, in fee simple absolute. That Emma E.Boroff at the time of the filing of the petition was'
<br />,the owner of an estate of inheritance in said real estate and was a competent and proper person

<br />to prosecute this proceeding; that more than two years have Elapsed since the death of the sai
