<br />The court further finds that estate was not subject to the State Inheritance Tax or Federal

<br />The court further finds that the administratrix has accounted for all the property which has
<br />come into her hands and that she has paid from her personal estate on the debts of said estate

<br />'The court further finds that the Southeast quarter (SEJ) of Section twelve (12),Township nine
<br />North, Range dine (9) West of the 6th P:M.,Hall County,Nebraska, was at the time of the death if
<br />Fred Buddecke, deceased,.the home and homestead of the said Fred Buddecke and his wife, Minnie
<br />11Buddecke and the minor children.
<br />jThe court further finds that Fred Buddecke, deceased, departed tis life at his home in Hall
<br />; 10ounty, Nebraska, on January 16, 1928. That ;it the time of his death he was a resident and
<br />citizen of Hall County and the State of Nebraska and that he left no,will. That he left surviv-
<br />ing him as his heirs at law and his only heirs at law, the following named persons: his widow
<br />Minnie Buddecke, and three children, Norman Buddecke, a son, Viola Buddecke, a daughter and
<br />Merton Buddecke, a. son.
<br />The court further finds that all debts filed in the estate h=ve been paid in full; the funeral
<br />jexpenses, expenses of the last illness, the expenses of administering this estate, the court
<br />�Icosts and attorney fees have been paid in full and that the estate is now closed.
<br />the court further finds that at the time of the death of Fred Buddecke, deceased, he was -the
<br />'!owner of the following described real estate: Southeast quarter (SEyi) of Section twelve (12),
<br />hthe Northeast quarter (NEJ) of the Northeast quarter (NEJ) of Section thirteen (13), Township
<br />(nine (9) North, Range nine (9) 'Nest of the 6th P.M.,and the West half (WID) of the Southeast
<br />quarter (Sq) of Section twenty -five (25),in Township ten (10) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />Ithe 6th P.M., and Lot three hundred one (301) in Block seventy -six (76),in Doniphan Cemetery,
<br />lHall County, Nebraska.
<br />ITne court further finds that the fair value of the one mule and two horses is the sum of $90.
<br />!and of the .niscellaneous farm machinery, the sun- of $150.00, and the same are hereby set off tc
<br />'the administratrix at the• above figures.
<br />(IT IS THEREFORE ORDERER ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY 7HE COURT that Minnie Buddecke be and she is
<br />hereby discharged as administratrix and her bondsman released; and that said estate be and the
<br />same is hereby forever closed.
