<br />'The Court further finds that said Eberhart Kunz, deceased, died seized as the owner by fee siml�le

<br />;title of the east 45 feet of Lot 9, and all of Lot 9,in Block 7, in the Original Town of Wood
<br />River, Nebraska, and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the.,
<br />'said Eberhart Kunz, deceased, said real estate passed, by absolute title, to Sarah Kunz, surviv!
<br />ing widow of said deceased, but not the mother of the children of said deceased.
<br />!Tie Court further finds that said deceased died seized as the owner by fee simple title of the
<br />�iiortheast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 18, in Township 9 ;North of Range 11 West�l
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska and that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testamental
<br />ip f said Eberhart Kunz, deceased, the same passed, by absolute title, to William E,Kunz, a son qIf
<br />said deceased, subject ,however, to a strip two rods in width off the east wide thereof, to be j
<br />.':,used for road purposes for the benefit of Lot 3 in said Section 18..

<br />simple title of the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 19, in Township 9
<br />0orth, Range 11 West, in hall County, Nebraska, and that under the terms and provisions of the Ii

<br />east will and testament of said deceased the same passed,in equal shares, to Avis Burmood Millr,
<br />Pela Burmood Olson, Gaius Burmood, and Jay Burmood, grandchildren of said deceased, they being
<br />children of ,Alice Burmood, a deceased daughter of the said Eberhart Kunz, deceased.
