<br />I, Sarah Kunz, wife of Eberhart Kunz of Wood River, Nebraska, do hereby
<br />state and make known, that the provisions :Wade for me by said Eberhart Kunz, this day in his
<br />Last Will and Testament, giving me the sum of $3,000.00 and our home in Wood River, with all
<br />household goods, is satisfactory to me, and that at the time of the probating of said Will, a
<br />well as at all other times, I will make no further claim on his Estate, but will accept the
<br />above in lieu of all my Statutory rights, as his widow.

<br />Eberhart Kunz,deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 15th day of April
<br />1929, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Eberhart Kunz
<br />deceased, and,the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
