<br />the filing of said report and it further appearing to the Court after a full examination that
<br />the account exhibited by said Administratrix is correct in all things and ought to be approved''
<br />"and allowed and it further appearing that said Administratrix has accounted for all of said
<br />estate which has come into her hands,
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE,ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND D ECREED that the report of Lillie Paro, Administratrix bf
<br />.the estate of William Paro,deceased, be and the same is approved as and for her final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />;provided by law of the time and place fixed for presenting claims against the estate of said
<br />deceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that all claims filed
<br />and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses!,'
<br />!of said d eceased and the costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all
<br />outstanding claims against said estate not filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and�i
<br />;excluded. IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that all persons are
<br />forever barred from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said
<br />William Paro, deceased, and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said Administratrix has received in cash from all sources the

<br />sum of $2314.78 and that the claims filed against said estate, including court.:costs, attorney)
<br />fees, funeral expenses and incidental expenses connected with the d using of said estate amounted
<br />to the sum of $2740.63. That said Administratrix was required to pay out the sum of $425.95 of
<br />' t
<br />her own money, being the amount in excess over receipts and that said Administratrix makes no
<br />claim for said amount.
<br />The Court finds that said estate is not subject to any inheritance tax under the laws of the
<br />State of Nebraska,
<br />`The court finds that the said William Paro departed this life on the 7th day of March,1929, in
<br />;;Grand Islanyi,Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate.
<br />That the said William Paro,deceased, left surviving him as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs
<br />at -law the following names persons: Lillie Paro,widow of said deceased, of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and Kenneth Leroy Paro, a son one and one -half years old and Donald William Paro, a
<br />`son three years old, both residing with Lillie Paro, widow of said deceased.
<br />The Court finds that the said William Paro died seized as the owner in fee simple of the folloll
<br />ing described real esta.te,to -wit: The North Half of the Northwest Quarter and the Southwest
<br />;Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, in Township 14, North, Range 5, West of the 6ti
<br />P.M, in Merrick County, Nebraska, containing 120 acres,more or less.
<br />Fractional Lot 1 in Fractional Block 139 in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to'
<br />"the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, and its complement, Fractional Lot 1 in Fractional Block 3;'
<br />in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska. (The same being
<br />the home of deceased and his family.)
<br />'The West one -half of Lots 5,6,and 7 in Block 1 of Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Isla.nd,Nebraska.
<br />',Lots 7 and 8 in Block 6 in Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
