<br />Edward L.Conow, a son, of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Robert J.Conow, a son, of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Arthur W.Conow, a son, of Adams County, Nebraska.
<br />Mrs. Emma A.Krehmke, a daughter of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lillian A.Conow, a daughter of Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />!The Court finds that the said William Conow,deoeased, was at the time of his death, the owner
<br />the following described real estate, situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: Fractional
<br />;Lot Four (4),fractional Block Nineteen (19),Arnold & Abbott's Addition and fractional Lot Four
<br />1(4) in fractional Block one hundred eighteen (119),Railroad Addition, both additions in Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed,platted and recorded.
<br />;The Court finds that under the provisions of the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, the
<br />!real estate above described, did pass and descend on the death of the said William Conow, decei
<br />in the manner following: To Helena Conow, his widow, an undivided one -third interest therein
<br />;and to each of the other named heirs- at- law,namely: Edward L.Conow, Robert J. Conow, Arthur W.

<br />;Conow, Emma A. laehmke, and Lillian A.Conow, and undivided two - fifteenths interest therein, a:
<br />subject,however, to the homestead rights and estate of the said Helena Conow, widow of said
<br />!deceased.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, DECREED BY THE COURT that on the death of the said Willi
<br />Conow, deceased, the real estate hereinbefore described,to -wit: Fractional Lot Four (4),fracti
<br />;Block Nineteen (19) Arnold & Abbott's Addition and fractional Lot Four (4),fractional Block
<br />hundred eighteen (118) Railroad Addition, both additions in Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska,
<br />surveyed,platted and recorded,did pass and descend under the laws of descent of the State of
<br />Nebraska, in the manner following,to -wit: To Helena Conow,his widow, an undivided one -third
<br />interest therein and to Edward L.Conow, Robert J.Conow, Arthur W.Conow, Emma A.Krehmke, and
<br />Lillian A.Conow, each an undivided two - fifteenths interest therein,subject,however to the ho
<br />stead interest and estate of the said Helena Conow, widow.
