<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY,NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF )

<br />Emma Niemoth Braune, Deceased. )
<br />Now on this 30th day of January,1930, this matter came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />the administrator, after due notice by publication, as by Law and the order of this Court
<br />required, and there being no objections on file and no one appearing in person to object to
<br />said report, the Court examined the same and finds the same to be correct and that it should
<br />be approved and allowed.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the final report of the administrator be
<br />and hereby is approved and allowed as for his final accounting.
<br />The Court further finds that due notice by publication, as by law and the order of this Court
<br />required, has been given to all creditors and all other persons interested, as to the time
<br />fixed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate, and that said time has fully
<br />elapsed and expired, and that all claims filed against said estate have been paid and fully
<br />satisfied including the costs of administration, and that any claims nor so filed, if any suet
<br />there be, should be and the same are forever barred and precluded.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that all claims filed against said estate have
<br />been paid and fully satisfied, and that all claims not so filed, if any such there be, should
<br />be and the same are forever barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that Emma Niemoth Braune departed this life on the 17th day of May,
<br />1927, while a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died intestate;
<br />that she left surviving her as her heirs at law and only heirs at law, Albert Braune, her
<br />husband, and William Niemo+d Lula Augusta Niemoth, her children by a former marriage; that
<br />at the time of her death, the said Emma Niemoth Braune was the owner in fee of an undivided
<br />one -third interest in and to the North half of the North west Quarter (NJN"P4) and the Nest
<br />half of the North east Quarter (WJNE +) of Section thirteen (13),Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and that upon her death, said
<br />property did pass and descend by operation of law as follows: To Albert Braune as undivided
<br />one- fourth interest therein, and to William Niemoth and Lula Augusta Niemoth each an undivide
<br />three - eighths interest therein.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the mndivided one -third interest of Emma
<br />Niemoth Braune, in and to the North Half of the North West Quarter (NJNW +) and the West Half
<br />of the North east Quarter (WJNE +) of Section thirteen (13), Township twelve (12) North, Range,
<br />nine (9) West of the 6th P. M. , Hall County, Nebraska, upon the death of said Emma Niemoth
<br />Braune did pass and descend, by operation of law, to Albert Braune an undivided One- fourth
<br />part thereof, and to William Niemoth an undivided three-eights part thereof,and to Lula Augue
<br />Niemoth an undivided three - eighths part thereof, and the same is hereby awarded to them and
<br />to each of them to have and to hold to them and their heirs forever, and said estate is close
<br />and the administrator discharged.
